2. Purpose

 

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of www.agnosticos.co, as well as the general conditions under which Agnosticos LLC provides commercialization, implementation, and strategic support services for third-party technological solutions.

3. Business Model and Certifications

 

Agnosticos LLC acts as a certified and authorized partner of software manufacturers. It commercializes licenses, invoices in its own name, and provides configuration, implementation, and customer success services. Agnosticos is not the developer nor the intellectual property owner of the software offered.

4. Software Licensing

The software license agreement is executed directly between the client and the respective manufacturer. Although Agnosticos manages commercialization and invoicing, usage rights, SLAs, maintenance, and updates remain the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

 

5. Professional Services

Agnosticos may provide configuration, implementation, training, integrations, and strategic support services. Liability is strictly limited to the contracted professional services.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the software belong exclusively to their respective manufacturers. Agnosticos' own materials and methodologies are protected under applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agnosticos shall not be liable for technical failures inherent to third-party software, service interruptions attributable to the manufacturer, or functional changes made by the provider.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy published on the website. Agnosticos complies with applicable regulations in the United States, Latin America, and the European Union.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of said State.
